WEST DEPTFORD
These employees created 20 pick locations in our hazmat room helping to consolidate paint
lines, reorganized the A and B location allowing all 5 gallons to be picked first, and cleaned and
reorganized the file room.
CHARLOTTE
The Charlotte customer service reps are working a lot closer together.
They are showing each other new things and things are a lot better in their
department.
Also, the Charlotte receiving crew put together a team of 4 people and
cross trained to learn all aspects of the receiving processes. They also
have taken on replenishing stock from overstock to the primary picking
locations to help speed up the picking process.
