training to their coworkers.

HOUSTON

All associates at the Houston Distribution Center voluntarily participated in a customer appreciation day
by bringing in some type of food or drink to serve to our customers picking up through the will call on
that day. Throughout the day associates would stay at the customer appreciation table which gave them
a chance to not only thank them for their business, but also to converse with our customers away from
the constraints of normal daily will call pickups. Most associates even spent their personal lunch hours at
the appreciation table and many brought in items as raffle prizes for our customers.
